Gary is a hands on owner, who prides himself on offering some of the best services in the industry and has been the driving force behind the company for the past 43 years.
Scott Gasparini, Vice President
Being born and raised in the construction industry, Scott has been around it all since he was a young boy. When he was younger you could always find him sweeping the shop floors or riding along with his father in the summer time. That was back in the 90’s and today he is Vice President of Gasparini Companies which offers a wide range of construction services to Central New York homeowners.
Robert Gasparini, Sales
Robert brings to our team and clients over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Growing up in the family business, Robert has been around the landscape industry since he was a young boy where you could often find him helping his father on job sites. Robert is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a degree in business management and also is a certified interlocking concrete paver installer (ICPI).
Ginny Manning, Office Manager
Ginny has been a key member of our team for over 25 years. She ensures that the entire staff at Gasparini Landscaping works toward our goal of providing our clients with the best customer satisfaction in the industry. Helena Doud, Landscape Designer
Helena is our landscape designer with a degree in Landscape Architecture from SUNY ESF. She works closely with clients and sales team to bring your dreams to reality. Her passion for creating beautiful landscapes ensures that your house will be the envy of your neighborhood for decades to come. Helena is also a New York State Certified Landscape and Nursery Professional.
Ryan Epp, Job Supervisor- Hardscape and Construction Division
Ryan handles our largest and most complex projects to ensure they are being done to industry standard and to the satisfaction of our clients. He brings our clients over 15 years of construction experiences. Ryan has completed some of the most complex residential design and build projects in the area.
Ace Stout, Job Supervisor- Hardscape Division
Ace is one of our lead hardscape supervisors and has been installing landscape and hardscape projects for us for 25 years. Ace is a true craftsman and has won several construction awards over the year for projects that really put his skills to the test. From a simple sidewalk to a complex pool construction, Ace has the ability to execute any project to a level that exceed your expectation.
Nate Spedding- Job Supervisor- Construction and Fence Division
Nate brings to our team over 20 years of construction experience. Nate works on various projects for us including fences, remodeling, and our difficult carpentry projects. With his diverse background in construction makes him a great asset to our team and our clients to assist with almost anything from site work to carpentry.
Scott Manning, Job Supervisor- Landscape Division
Scott Manning has been installing landscapes for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and has a strong passion for the outdoors. Scott is a Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional which makes him a great asset for our landscape division and our customers.
Edwin Rivera- Job Supervisor- Hardscape Division
Edwin brings to our company over 35 years of experience building some of the largest estates in the tri state area of New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut area. He has built multi-million dollar backyards for some of the wealthiest celebrities and businessmen in the country. He has been with our company for over 15 years and can be found on some of our most challenging jobs.
Ulysses Anthony, Carpenter
Ulysses has the ability to build anything with his hands. He is an elite carpenter that is very passionate about what he does. His diverse background gives him the ability to help with various projects through all of our divisions.
Joe Delvecchio- Job Supervisor, Hardscape Division
Joe brings to our team over 10 years’ experience install hardscapes across Central New York. Being trained from the ground up at Gasparini's, he has developed skills to allow him to create amazing backyard oasis for your family and friends to enjoy for decades to come.
Dana Manning, Yard Forman
Dana is responsible for maintaining our facilities. Dana has over 35 years of experience maintaining and running an efficient warehouse. He ensures that our our crews have the materials and supplies they need to build your project.

After successfully running his own business for years, he decided to take a step back and spend more time with his growing family. Ben’s abilities go beyond the hardscapes and concrete work he performs for our clients. His diverse background gives him the ability to help with various projects through all of our divisions.
